Kevin called me, as many other realtors did, to discuss listing the property. He was so professional that I listed with him right then and there--on the phone without actually meeting him in person. He was great! He referred me to many vendors to get the house in order to sell as it was a mess. I don't know what I would have done without him and his wife Ivey.
