She made sure all work was done by a licensed professional and all permits and inspections completed as well as all warranties transferred and receipts sent to us. We even encountered a few hiccups on the day of closing and she patiently worked with the seller/agent to make sure everything was in order so we would feel 100% comfortable at the closing. As a matter of fact, the seller had left a few larger items behind in the backyard, and she continued to work with them even after closing to make sure everything was removed. We have bought and sold over a dozen homes and have never worked with a better agent.
