His direction and guidance was invaluable. He helped us prepare the home for sale and to address all the details of closing accounts, ( such as propane, electricity, taxes, etc. ) staging, and dealing with the purchaser’s agent. He provided drone overhead photos as well as excellent inside and outside photos featuring our home. Every step of the way we felt comfortable with the process. He listened to all our questions and addressed them all. He was never pushing us, rather he was assisting us on whatever came up. His skills as a mediator were invaluable. His consideration also included the needs of the buyer. This made the whole process smooth and without stress. He demonstrated compassion with a market (so soft) when we saw other listings being pulled of market, he kept us levelheaded, on course of what we wanted to archive. When it looked like our contract with the buyer was going to fall through, Linda went above and beyond to renegotiate and push us forward to a successful closing. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and we really don't know what we would have done without her. We are very pleased and would use her again in a heartbeat.
