Because of this, we used her to sell our old house even though it was over an hour drive away. One of the things we like about her is that she answers questions very thoroughly. She doesn’t just give a quick yes or no, she explains in detail and makes sure you are satisfied with the answer. She answers texts and emails quickly so you aren’t left hanging. She has also provided information about the area and has recommended various service/repair people. This is huge when moving to a different area. She isn’t a person that pushes you to do things her way. She will make recommendations based on her vast experience, but will do what you want. Ashley went above and beyond in getting our house sold. He brought our outside furniture into our house as a major hurricane was approaching our area. We were out of town when the hurricane hit. He also checked to see if there was any damage. He showed he cared. He had a professional photographer take great pictures which helped bring in more prospective buyers. Ashley knew the area and was very professional in setting the price to get our house sold while still getting the price we wanted. As the most experienced realtor I have met, it was easy to see why he has been in business for so long. Selling a house is a stressful situation. Ashley made it less tense.
