I chose to list it during a market downturn so she really didn't have it easy. Sara worked with me closely every step of the way from preparing the listing to the final closing, she was especially helpful handling the complex negotiations and made me feel valued and important! I couldn't have done it without her excellent service and expertise! She is experienced and skilled, would use again!
