Theresa is a very passionate, friendly agent who know what she is doing, and takes time to understand the customers needs before randomly picking-out houses. We were looking to buy a house in Orlando, and imagine this was our first time in Orlando. We were so scattered in what we wanted, but she was swiftly able to understand what me and my wife wanted, and was able to gather our thoughts to find the right fit. Even after we had picked our houses, she showed us more house so we can be sure of our decision. Most agents would call it a day, and work on closing documents, but I must say due to her efforts this was the first time we never had cold feet, or second thoughts on our decision.
