Wendy is a pretty efficient and thoroughly detailed real estate professional. When she first contacted me about selling the vacant lot, I hesitated because I had no idea what price to ask for for the property. She emailed me a weblink that shows comparative market analysis of vacant lots in the same area that recently sold showing asking and selling price as well as current listings showing asking price . She also sent me information on costs to expect for closing. The info she provided convinced me to list the property with her. She sold the property 7 days after listing even though my asking price is higher than previous asking prices for similar properties in the area. After I have accepted an offer she arranged to get me in touch with the closing agent, a banking specialist for currency conversion and with a CPA specialist to talk about US withholding taxes and FIRFTA as I am not a US citizen. She keeps following up to ensure that things are going smoothly and that my questions or concerns are being addressed until the transaction was closed. I would recommend Wendy without reservation to anyone looking for a really good real estate professional.
