Genuine, smart, honest, kind, & funny! We adore Liz and she was so helpful to us during the selling AND buying process of our homes. When determining the listing price, Ginny presented local statistics, facts to consider when receiving an offer, and planned an effective marketing strategy. She performed many tasks that would be considered outside the expected and kept us up to date in real time. Bottom line: we had a pending sale within days for the walk away price we expected and the closing date of our choice.
