When you call him, he gets back to you almost immediately. He has his finger on the pulse of the industry and absolutely know his profession. The way he knows and implements all of the multi media advertising is a breath of fresh air. We highly recommend him and you would be doing yourself a huge disservice to ever think of using anyone else. Never will we use anyone else. Camilo is a real credit to the profession in today's market.

Then, once we got the home empty and clean, he showed up with a photographer that did an amazing job capturing the best features of mom's place. When the listing went live, the interest from buyers was intense due to Randy listing it as a "Coming Soon" listing that only agents could see...and they would be prepared to bring clients when the listing went live. In the end, within two days, WE HAD AN OFFER FOR $26,000.00 OVER ASKING PRICE. If I had to do it again, I would be calling Randy.
