I can say with all honesty, shopping for a new home is not my favorite thing to do. My husband and I have gone through the home buying process several times and have worked with a variety of agents. Pushy, unavailable and uninformed agents have turned me off to the process over the years. When we were looking for a property in a different county than where we live, we had to take a chance and reach out to the agent that was listed on the website. I thought it would be a nightmare. Then we met Trisha! Trisha really listened and heard what we were looking. The listings we received from her, always met our criteria. If we went into a home and I said "I am not feeling this one" she would say "OK, we have many more to look at". She always wanted to would be sure that we saw the properties' potential, but when said we didn't feel it, she never pushed us. Trisha was responsive to our emails and questions, she never pawned us off to an assistant or made us feel like we were asking too many questions. Trisha is exceptionally bright and assisted us with a hurtle we encountered with the property we purchased. She was simply amazing! I would recommend Trisha to anyone.
