Me and my husband were very impressed with Roger's work. He is someone who you can rely on throughout the whole process of searching for a property, negotiating and closing a deal. He is patient, approachable and always available to answer his phone which was important to me because I have busy schedule. He always kept our intrest/the client's interst first. He also has a great sense of humor which in stressful situations I greatly appreciated, thus putting my mind to ease.

Sarah was amazing to work with. My family and I started this journey a long time ago and had almost lost hope of finding our home. We found Sarah through an internet search and were really inspired by the amazing customer reviews she received. We were looking for a home way out of the area where we live, so we did everything remotely, and as a first time homebuyer. Sarah walked us through every step of the way and went above and beyond what we could have imagined. We always felt extremely supported and Sarah was always there to answer any questions and help us along the way. Sarah even helped us to decide on a brand new build, which we weren't even considering. She really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find it. During the tours she pointed out things to be mindful of and things that we may not even have noticed. She was so detailed and really made us feel at ease. We had full confidence in her throughout the whole process. I even told my kids that it shouldn't be this easy to buy a house, because she really made the whole process seamless. As a first time homebuyer and still apprehensive about the process, Sarah helped us navigate everything and never made us feel like we were a bother. Sarah is truly amazing! If you are looking for a home in the area, you should definitely contact Sarah - she won't let you down!

Bobbi Jo was amazing from the beginning. She knew what we should offer so the counter offer would come back where we wanted. Once we were under contract, we had a TON of hiccups along the way and Bobbi Jo was right there taking care of everything! If I needed an answer on anything, she responded within minutes. Very attentive, super friendly and we can't thank her enough for getting us into our home!

Sherri came into our lives because of Hurricane Ian, 2022. Our home was damaged in Sarasota county and we decided to move up and inland. Sherri took the lead and asked key questions on what we wanted and looking for. As we were very raw from the disaster, Sherrie used her knowledge of the area and honed us into a rental first then into a new home. She was open and honest the whole time we were together as we ventured thru the process of literally moving into a new area. As we mentally mended from our disaster, we grew to enjoy the area and she knew so many places for us to see and visit. She gave us allot of advice on home selection. She was up to date on what the state, county and local laws along with home insurance pertaining to purchasing a home and our responsibility. She was always professional and lighthearted and sometimes when we became so frustrated from losing a home bid, she always had an uplifting saying ... more homes to see, that was not supposed to be your's. She was/is an Angel. We leaned on her to help us learn the terrain and what we wanted to enjoy in this new area. I would recommend Sherri to anyone. In fact, We did, a neighbor from Sarasota County who also was in the hurricane, decided to look in the area and Sherrie's name was given to them.. and they too have found a new home and enjoy the new area. You will not be sorry if you have Sherrie leading the helm with finding the "perfect" home. Thank you Sherrie, for everything.
