As a first-time homebuyer, I was extremely nervous going into the process, but my agent Mayra Piedra made the entire experience so much easier. She was incredibly attentive, always available to answer my questions, and took the time to explain every step in a way I could understand. Whenever I felt overwhelmed or anxious, she stayed calm and reassuring, which really helped me feel more confident throughout the journey. I never felt rushed or pressured just genuinely supported.
