I recently had the pleasure of working with Juan Miguel Corando to purchase our new retirement home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Juan was professional. He was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Juan and his team came through with their commitment to excellence. Their negotiation skills were first-rate – they consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. They also went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property. Throughout our journey, Juan demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation. Whether I needed additional time for research or require more information on a particular property, they took it all in stride. They went out of their way to provide me with extra resources and various options I could consider when deciding.

Nicoletta was my purchasing realtor as well as my selling agent for the property I just sold. She's one of those dedicated hard working agents that will keep you update, quickly resolve any conflicts, and make sure no stone is left unturned. She will do her best to get you your asking price in this tough selling economy. You won't go wrong working with Nicoletta buying or selling.

Well disclaimer up front. Scott is my son so I might be a little prejudiced. My experience with Scott was Great. Scott is a very honest person and runs his business in very professional manner. If you want that in your realtor I would use Scott.

Catelyn was amazing! She was on top of the entire process, keeping us informed and willing to accept help when she didn’t know the answer. Now we are in our own with help from the Lord & a wonderful team.

We couldn’t have picked a better person to help us find our new home! We came from out of state and Sonia cleared her schedule to accommodate ours in the short time we were able to look at homes in person. Then she went above and beyond to get us all the information we requested (and more so what we needed and hadn’t thought to ask about or look in to) in order to make such a major decision from across the country. We love our new home and don’t think we would have been so blessed if we had worked with anyone else.
