Not only was he always in communication with us every step of the way in purchasing our first rental home, he was also very knowledgeable about all the moving pieces and who to contact. He knows the market, has the contacts, is an Alachua County native, and has the skills to get you into your first home or your first investment property. Kirby was/is very professional. He explained the whole process to me and all the questions I had concerning marketing my home and on the contract. If there was a question I had about something on the contract and he wasn't completely sure, he would find the answer and get right back to me. He was always very prompt.
