Sherri came into our lives because of Hurricane Ian, 2022. Our home was damaged in Sarasota county and we decided to move up and inland. Sherri took the lead and asked key questions on what we wanted and looking for. As we were very raw from the disaster, Sherrie used her knowledge of the area and honed us into a rental first then into a new home. She was open and honest the whole time we were together as we ventured thru the process of literally moving into a new area. We had what I would consider a difficult purchase. A lot of issues on the seller’s side & with the seller’s agent along with pressure by the seller to close quickly. Joan was able to connect us with a local surveyor and a closing attorney who were both over the top awesome in their own right and we were able to pull things together on extremely short notice. She went above and beyond with communication, she was always accessible & we were able to get answers by text, email or phone any time we had a question or issue.
