He even discovered a defect in the house at final inspection the seller had not disclosed that had been under furniture and a rug that inspectors and others missed and then helped us get it fixed right away. I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

Carol did her normal excellent job! This is the second home we have sold in Micanopy with her help.
