She gave me the plan, and was in communication for every detail that came up. She responded promptly to to any question I had, and since this was my first time selling a house I found her knowledge of what was customary for a seller very helpful to my decisions. Even when I initially pushed back. She is very patient, explains well, and helped me to see why I should make certain concessions.
