I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rima Cole. I reached out to several realtors around the area around 4 months before we were even ready to sale. The only one who gave us the time of day was Rima! She even sent us information to help us out. We must of changed the date our house going on the market three or four times due to the renovations not being completed. She was extremely understanding and patient. Let me tell you, the professional photos she had taken... all I can say is I didnt know our house was so amazing looking! Once the house went on the market me and my wife were so nervous, but being the amazing realtor she is, Rima gave us comfort in knowing we had the best realtor in the area. We were having showings everyday. One of our major concerns was the house sitting on the market forever, she gave us a two week estimate for it to go under contract. Unbelievably she was able to get us under contract at the end of the fourth day on the market! She works past normal work hours answering texts and negotiating with buyers for us well into the night. If you are looking for someone that you can have complete faith in while guiding you through any type of real estate experience than Rima is your person. The entire experience she treated us like her most important clients, and to me and my wife that is invaluable! This was our first time selling a home and Wendy was great at walking us through the process. There were several issues with a rental company we were using to rent the home before we started working with Wendy and she handled everything so wonderfully for us with them. We live across the country from the home and never had a single issue with that distance due to Wendy always being on top of things with Hannah, her assistant, as well! Would recommend Wendy to anyone wanting to get top dollar for your home.
