There were several major bumps in the road with the house, but she fought for us every step of the way and always made sure that whatever choices were made were in our best interest. Jen also provided us with multiple different resources of people to use for different areas such as insurance, pest control and more. My husband and I were able to score the house of our dreams because Jen worked night and day to make it happen. Steve did an exceptional job in a very challenging environment. We entered the market during the Winter slow point. Even though the Fed Rate was slowly dropping, the Mortgage Rates were slowly rising. There was a steady level of interest in our home but all offers were contingent upon the buyers selling their homes in this same environment. Steve offered contract protections to these offers to protect the seller. This was based on his interactions with a large network of real estate professionals. Finally received an offer that resulted in a sale. You can’t pick the battlefield you are in, so you better trust the realtor you’re fighting beside. Steve earned my trust and had my back. Whatever battlefield you are on, I would recommend a real estate agent like Steve.
