We've now bought two homes in Destin with Nikki, one in June 2025 and another that we just closed on last week, both for use as short-term rentals. She pointed us to an area of Destin that was perfect for what we wanted but that we never would have found on our own. From there, she guided us through the entire process, from finding the right property to closing, and she was there when we needed help after closing too. I'm a licensed commercial real estate agent, so I know what it takes to get a transaction done and what good representation looks like. Nikki delivers it.
