Jim and I met Nicole when our previous realtor in Gulf Shores moved away. Over a period of 7 years she has worked with us on four real estate transactions including the buying and selling of two condos in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach and finding our forever home in Florida! Because we live over 500 moles away, she has repeatedly gone beyond our expectations to finding the right properties for us. Her knowledge of the Gulf Coast and ways of communicating properties saved us travel time and leg work. She listened to us and very patiently succeeded in getting us the best deals both as buyers and sellers! We highly recommend our realtor and friend, Nicole Smith, for all your Gulf Coast real estate needs.
