Bonnie was excellent

Bonnie was excellent. In my opinion, she is the only realtor to use when buying or selling on the Emerald Coast. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and she goes above and beyond to service her clients. As busy as she is, she always made time when we needed her. Bonnie also made some excellent referrals that helped us choose a lender, home inspector, and insurance agent in the area. If you are looking for a realtor, look no further. Bonnie is the best.

Brianna was an amazing partner in our purchase of our Niceville home.

From the moment we met her she asked a few questions, but really let us talk about needs/wants. We were visiting from out of state, and had no illusions that we would find the right house in our time frame, but she did. She worked with our agent in California, our family in Niceville to make it happen. We always knew she was on our side and had our best interests on her mind. Brianna and her team were amazing.

Kind, Knowledgable, and Gets S***t Done!

Brianna is the absolute best. This is the second home she's helped us purchase and our experience was as good as the first. She understood what we were looking for, offered fantastic options as they hit the market, and took care in touring us. She had answers to all our questions, and if she didn't know off the top of her head, she got the answers for us quickly. She's honest and transparent and has all the right connections and referrals. I wouldn't trust anyone more with the purchase of a house!
