She is very knowledgeable of the intricacies to any type of home you wish to purchase, she keeps you up to date on everything that is going on and lays out a very manageable timeline for getting inspections, surveys, etc. accomplished. I am thankful she was recommended to me for the purchase of our first home and now for the purchase of an investment property. Have you met a realtor that has an innate ability to meet all of you buying/selling needs for any of your real estate issues? I have and her name is Debbie Brett. I have been looking for a home in a specific school district for 3 years. Thanks to Debbie she focused only on my needs and found one that hit everything on my checklist. She communicated with me through the entire process and continued to advocate on my behalf. My son and I are grateful that she took the stress out of the home buying process and turned it into an exciting experience. I've dealt with a handful of realtors during our homebuying process and Shelley is hands down the best! She's so professional and knowledgeable and whenever any little issue came up she was clear and quick to come up with a solution! Other realtors made me feel like we weren't worth their time because of our small budget, but Shelley knew how important this process was for us! I'm sure she has dozens of other homebuyers that she is working with, but she bent over backwards to get us the house of our dreams!!
