She spotted it and took me to see it and it was love at first sight! After that the purchasing process was made very easy for me because Gina took care of everything. She let me know about every little inspection, needed signature or fee along the way. She was with me right up until the closing date---which was on time, about one month from when I first saw the house! She helped me get exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend!
