We cannot express enough gratitude for Malissa's professionalism during our journey of purchasing our dream home. My wife and I moved from the Midwest to Tallahassee back in May. With Malissa's recommendation, we ended up in a newly developing neighborhood and fell in love with the house's timeless design and serene atmosphere. Malissa went above and beyond by taking weekly photos and videos to keep us updated on the construction progress over five months. She also identified several issues with the current construction and diligently worked with the seller's agent, builder, and developer to resolve them. I cannot imagine how we would have managed without her unwavering support during the six months of waiting, both emotionally and professionally. Malissa's deep knowledge of the local market was evident from day one, and even after the closing, she continued to check in to ensure everything on our punch list was completed. If you're looking for a seamless house hunting and purchasing experience, I highly recommend Malissa as your agent. She will listen to your needs and help you find your dream home.
