Her passion and professionalism in real estate and guidance for us was superb, in addition to keeping us constantly informed and coordinating with our realtor in the Tampa Bay area while selling our property there Suzan and Doug did as much FaceTime with us for multiple processes, including attending the home inspection in Jacksonville and sharing live the findings and allowing us to ask questions to the inspector directly. The coordination between Susan and our realtor in Tampa and with the lender in Jacksonville was so well timed and precise for such that we were able to close in both places in the same week, 2 days apart !!!
