Ms. Lottie made us feel at ease from beginning to end. She clearly explained the process of acquiring our dream house in detail, and understood what we wanted whilst continuously advising us. She did not make us feel pressured at all and handled the entire process with patience. We highly recommend working with her. Five stars to you, Ms. Lottie, you’re the best!!

I have bought other homes and really had to push the agent to get me a better deal than they advised me to take. Fred was aggressive and got a price I was very pleased to get. Even though I was pre-approved, my credit union was taking forever. Fred pressed them every step of the way. Fred actually kept me more informed about each thing that was causing a new delay and what to do to get past it than my own lender. I couldn't imagine an agent working harder for me than Fred. I will never use anyone else ever again.

It is nice to work with an agent whom work comes firs. Professional legal knowledge. Excellent communication.
