We had to do a quick relocation and were assigned this realtor through Zillow. The realtor was quick to answer any questions and responsive to our needs. I can confidently recommend their services.

Working with Vivian Sampayo to find our home was a great experience. Being new to town, we didn't know what was out there, or what the neighborhoods were like. Vivian quickly identified the type of home we were after and helped us find places to check out. Scheduling viewings was easy and she was always able to meet our schedule. Once we found the home we wanted to make an offer on, Vivian had a wealth of knowledge on every topic, from the buying process and negotiation tactics, to the inspection and what to look out for, to where to look to find good businesses for repairs and renovations. Almost a year later, she continues to keep in contact with us to ensure we're doing all right - - for things like making sure we understand the homestead exemption, and to answer any questions we have had come up along the way. I would confidently recommend Vivian to anyone looking to buy a home in our area.

Chris and Rick researched and knew the market, priced our home perfectly to sell quickly and fairly and marketed it aggressively. The photos and video were exceptional. They held open houses and toured local agents and voila! we had a great offer resulting in a sale in a few weeks, in a very sluggish market. Their communication with us and negotiations were exceptional. If you want realtors that really work to get you the results you are hoping for, call the Rich/Lofgren Remax Unlimited team!
