I can’t say enough good things about Rosie and the job she did helping me purchase my home. Buying a house is a big decision with a lot of moving parts, and Rosie was there throughout the entire process making sure everything kept moving in the right direction. Being an out-of-town buyer made things more challenging because I couldn’t always be there in person. Rosie went above and beyond to make sure that wasn’t an issue. She would FaceTime me from properties so I could see homes as if I was there with her. When I couldn’t make walkthroughs in person, she handled them with me over FaceTime, taking the time to show me everything, point things out, and answer my questions. That gave me a lot of confidence buying a home from hundreds of miles away. What I appreciated most was that Rosie wasn’t just trying to sell me a house. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and what was important to me. She was patient, stayed on top of the details, and was always willing to make a call or find an answer when something came up. Rosie was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my decision. She helped with everything from finding properties and dealing with the builder to inspections, walkthroughs, paperwork, and closing. Even after closing, Rosie continued to check in and make sure everything was going well with the house. That type of follow-up and customer service says a lot about the kind of Realtor she is. I’m extremely happy with my home and grateful Rosie helped me through the entire process. Josh and his team did an amazing job. Listed the house, brought the home the team out, shot videos and helped me every step of the way. I have worked with a lot of realtors being in the construction industry and hands down Josh is the best. Above and beyond on service, got me above asking, helped with small repairs, and had 3 showings the day it was listed!!! He was a blessing to me and my family! Trustworthy is hard to find these days and Josh and his team are that!
