Her desire and dedication to detail made my pursuit of a new home a smooth transition. selling my house and moving from Pensacola to Middleburg would have been very hard on me due to the lost of my husband. Susie was patience and helped guild me to get everything done. She goes way beyond the the call of duty to assure that you don't get overwhelmed and things will fall into place. Susie also is a good source for information when things need to be explained. Her knowledge for the sell and buying a home is completely understandable. I have been in my home now for 1 year and I truly appreciate Sue Martin for all the time and help she gave me to make me feel at ease to find my forever home.
