Ms Katrina came to my assistance when I needed help in purchasing a home. I subscribed to her in 2017 when I was watching the home commercial on cable. I had always dreamed of having a home so when I came across her advertisement I wrote down the information and kept it in my phone. Katrina made the purchase of my home go extremely smoothly and as low stress as possibly. She doesn’t apply pressure for any decisions that would benefit her, but guides and allows options for the buyer’s benefit. It was such a good experience that I bought a second home with her help, then she helped me rent out that property in JUST 3 DAYS! Katrina is the best! She was thorough, professional and great to work with. When we sent her a property that we were interested in, she got us in to see it that day. She also coordinated visits with builders when we thought about building. If we contemplated making an offer, she gave us comps in the area so that we could make an informed decision. If we had questions about the process, she would provide us with guidance and if we needed information she would quickly attain it. I really appreciate her responsiveness. We had only been looking for two weeks when we placed an offer and it was accepted; in this market that is phenomenal and it’s because Katrina made sure that we made the correct offer and got it in before everyone else. She continues to check in to make sure that we are happy with our new home. She’s a gem and would be a benefit to anyone that utilizes her services.
