I am not one to overly praise, but I am very satisfied with my experience with Barbara. She knows quite a bit about the market, but she doesn't pretend to know the answers when she doesn't. When she gets stumped, she does her research and due diligence, which I greatly respect. Barbara helped me prepare for the sale of my home months in advance, so that when it was time to list it, I would be ready, with no delays. When I was ready, we listed it just after Thanksgiving of 2019 and even though it was not the best time to list the house, I had an offer in just 4 days offering $5K above my asking price. That says a lot. Barbara was very aggressive in pulling the trigger and listing the house when it was time. In 24 hours, she had it visible to 4,000+ realtors in North East Florida.
