Maria was our realtor when we moved to Jacksonville from out of state. We were incredibly happy with her services. Maria Raymer was top notch!! She went to several houses for us. Maria face-timed my wife and me in California, so that we were able to see the houses instead of just looking at pictures. She made it very easy for us to make the right decision. When I was able to come to FL to see the home we put a bid on, Maria made herself very accessible, so that I could take my time seeing the homes. She also knew the Mandarin/Fruit Cove Area market very well and assured us that we were getting a great deal on our property! She even asked her husband, who is a contractor, to check out possible damage on a house before I made what would have been a VERY BAD decision!
