He even sent us reminders about filing our Homestead Exemption before that annual window closed. He is a great realtor, but also a trustworthy person. We did not even have the home on our list, he said we should take a look at... and we ended up purchasing it. He really listens, carefully selects, and helpfully works with you each step of the way. I cannot say enough positive things about working with Ryan. He is great!
