Cristina was great at scheduling showings of the properties that I was interested in. However, it was her recommendation to also look at new builds on the same day we scheduled for the showings & I was basically sold on the very first new build that we visited. After the first few visits of my town-home when the build was done, I was already thinking of it as my new home. Both Cristina & her husband, Byron, also helped me through the process of finding a home & closing with the lender & title company in a timely manner.

Mackenzie went above and beyond for my Husband and I. She not only made sure we met our very short deadline but she made sure we were comfortable and informed before making a huge commitment. My husband and I could not be here for the viewing or inspections and mackenzie was sure to take tons and tons of videos, photos and was even there for the inspections. Mackenzie was very informative and helpful and has incredible communication skills!! She has gone above and beyond our expectations and is even still helping us with some hiccups with the home when she didn’t need to. With all of the stress that buying a home brings she made sure to break everything down and make this transition smooth and relatively simple. As someone who is extremely picky with homes and realtors( fired one before we found her) , she LISTENED to our needs and wants.
