I am in the military and I had to move my family before I would be able to move back to Jacksonville. Most of the time we were working over the phone and email because of the tight schedule that I had. In a little over a month we were able to find a house and he worked his magic to make it happen. He did the initial walk-through and was thorough. We meet once and in that weekend we saw dozen of houses and his expertise and experience was needed as he pointed all tons of small details to me on each house. He understand the nuances of the military, PCS, and VA loans which was helpful. If I buy or sell again I would use him and would recommend him to anyone. He is a USAA preferred realtor and it shows why, 100 percent professional and will work with you and do what he needs to do to get the job done correctly.

Brandon helped us to make our dream come true. He was very accommodating and answered any questions we had in a timely manner, fast actually.
