It had been a very long time since I sold a home and some things had changed. Ellen always kept me on target of what was ahead. Even when surprises came my way, she remained calm and helped me work through them. She offered help in ways that I never expected. Her professionalism is beyond measure. I would recommend Berkshire Hathaway to anyone, especially if they had Ellen as their agent!! Although we both were astonished at the sale price in the end, the buyer's appraiser was very unfair in his report, and no fault of Ellen's hard work for me.

Anita Vining was out agent for the recent sale of property in Jacksonville, FL. We have used her for at least six transactions over the years. We always return to Anita because she is superb at what she does. She excels in: thorough knowledge of the market, excellent communication with all involved, expertise in assessing property value and giving sound advice, follow-through on details, professionalism at all times. We would strongly recommend her without any hesitation.
