I met Shannon through a referral from my gay coworker Matt. He is the sassiest bit** I have ever met. Just never happy with anything. But he was absolutely thrilled with Shannon when he bought his house so I figured she had to be good. She was patient and responsive. It is a little more challenging than you would think. At first you scroll through listings just blasting off text messages of houses that you like but you can’t realistically look at every house.
