Casey was an amazing realtor. He wasresponsive, engaged, on time and looking out for my best interest. He knows Jacksonville, and was able to easily determine my needs based on a few conversations. I really enjoyed working with Casey, specially as a first time home buyer. He was able to explain all the complicated questions around loans, the home buying process and the closing terminologies. Parker was very patient throughout the whole process especially as we were making and pulling offers on two different houses. She responded very quickly by text, our preferred communication channel. She was also very knowledgeable and provided us with the very best in terms of photography and video. She provided us documentation to help us price the house. The house sold in 2 weeks for very close to asking.
