Outstanding Real Estate Professional. #1 in all with whom I've interacted in 55+ years

Christine (Christy) signed us up to manage our condo in Jacksonville over a year ago. When the renters' lease expired (May 31) we asked Christy to have the necessary work done to put the condo on the market by mid June, closing by the end of June, if possible. She got “workers” in to paint, make necessary repairs, and replace the carpet starting June 2 (June 1st was a holiday). After they were finished she took pictures and had the property listed and on-line in less than 10 days and presented us with 6 offers by the 14th with a closing scheduled for 14 calendar days (June 28th) with Landmark Title. My wife and I have been buying and selling homes and rental properties for over 55 years and this, without a doubt, is our #1 buying/selling experience!
