From the first day we met Howard he was very professional but very friendly at the same time. He took the time to help us move furniture and explained why we needed to paint something to brighten up the room. He always answered our calls or texts. We never had much dealing to do because he sold our house on the second week after he listed it.

I was buying a house for my daughter from out of town, I was having such a hard time doing everything remote, until I found David. He knew exactly what I was looking for and took it on like he was looking for a house for his own child. He FaceTimed me to show me houses and stayed on top of everything so we met our timeline. We found a cute little home in a good neighborhood, just in time, we are so pleased. I highly recommend David.
