He took the time to help us move furniture and explained why we needed to paint something to brighten up the room. He always answered our calls or texts. We never had much dealing to do because he sold our house on the second week after he listed it.

I met Shannon through a referral from my gay coworker Matt. He is the sassiest bit** I have ever met. Just never happy with anything. But he was absolutely thrilled with Shannon when he bought his house so I figured she had to be good. She was patient and responsive. It is a little more challenging than you would think. At first you scroll through listings just blasting off text messages of houses that you like but you can’t realistically look at every house. She helped me figure out and list the things that I wanted in my first home. That in turn, helped me narrow the search and find the house I wanted. So I highly recommend Shannon.
