Lori was able to provide excellent information due to her many contacts within the local Jacksonville market including with a local lender who was able to close in less than a week. This helped make my offer more attractive in a multiple offer scenario and in competition with a full cash offer. Great work.

This was my first experience purchasing a home- Lori went above and beyond to keep me informed, updated, and involved. She dealt with a challenging seller and didn't give up in advocating for fairness and equity for me throughout the whole process. She would be available at all different times of the day, whenever I had a question, she would provide the answer or look into finding the answer. She was wonderful to work with and helped me get to where I needed to be. Thank you, Lori!

My experience with Lori has been beyond exceptional! She was attentive and answered all my questions. She was always available and very focused on my success in the buying experience. I am a first time buyer and I am so grateful that Lori is my realtor. It was like having my mom with me the whole time which in my world is the greatest gift! I’m so fortunate! Lori continues to give me guidance! I can’t ever say thank you enough!!

She was amazing!! She went above and beyond for me before I even moved to this area. She viewed properties for me to find me a rental house way before I actually bought my home (which she didn’t need to even do). Very prompt answering all my texts at all hours of the day. She made my military PCS so smooth. Not just a rockstar realtor, but she’s an amazing person. Thank you Anastacia!

I use Anastacia😊 because she helped my niece find her home. The experience was absolutely amazing. I can honestly say I was not the easiest client to deal with. I was nervous and lacked confidence in the buying process. I didn’t even think I would qualify for a home. Anastacia😊 embraced all my fears and concerns and answered any in every question I have for her. It didn’t matter what time I text or call. She was always available to me and responded quickly. we saw so many homes before I finally decided on my forever home. There was not a question. She did not answer from financing, walk-through, dealing with sales agent, inspectors, insurance companies, you name it she did it. There are not enough words in the English language that could express the gratitude that I feel for the assistance that I received from her. Personable, caring, compassionate, and those are just a few words that describes her character. She knows real estate and a whole lot of other things that go along with real estate. She is no longer just my realtor; she is my friend. Thank you in Anastacia😊 for making this an experience. I will never forget.
