Our experience with April was really excellent. We had to travel to numerous long distant areas. What I liked about our experience was no matter how far away it was, April showed up with a smile. She had alot of knowledge of the different communities around the Tampa Bay area. Every time I called April she picked up and answered my questions. I was always comfortable with the overall experience. I would recommend April and call her for any future real estate transactions.

My first home purchasing experience was a bit rocky because of how the market is at the moment but I had the blessing of being guided by Patty every step of the way, helping me make the best decisions for our family. Cant wait to hopefully purchase more properties in the future with her!

Top notch VA Loan knowledge and requirements, multiple contracts on houses and never seemed aggravated. Help insights on knowing why something was happening. Would use again in the future.
