Christine (Christy) signed us up to manage our condo in Jacksonville over a year ago. When the renters' lease expired (May 31) we asked Christy to have the necessary work done to put the condo on the market by mid June, closing by the end of June, if possible. She got “workers” in to paint, make necessary repairs, and replace the carpet starting June 2 (June 1st was a holiday).
