He helped my boyfriend and I find our perfect home in a new city and made the entire process feel manageable and straightforward. We initially gave him a list of houses we were interested in, but he also suggested options in an area we weren’t even considering—and that ended up being the area we fell in love with. I was working on a pretty fast timeline, and Nelson helped us find our home super quickly without ever making us feel rushed. He was incredibly responsive and always got back to me in a timely manner. I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and he never once made me feel bad for asking.
