I knew very little about real estate transactions before my siblings and I made the decision to sell our parents' house. Charmalyn became our agent and walked us through every step of the process. She made thoughtful, practical , and knowledgeable suggestions. She understood the financial, legal and, and emotional aspects of the sale. She navigated all with wise and godly council. She will be my first go-to person should I need to go through this experience again.
