I give her a 11 on a scale of 10 being best.

Tara Lyall helped my wife Lisa and me to purchase a home in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. We purchased the house at 305 Cortez Street with the intention of tearing the house down and rebuilding. Tara provided invaluable insight and knowledge in helping us purchase the house and lot. We completed the transaction without ever having to be in New Smyrna Beach, and she provided on-line tools to make our experience very enjoyable and stress free. I would highly recommend Tara to anyone interest and in or selling property.

I highly recommend Renee! Renee is very experienced in her profession, and extremely hard working! Our property was not an easy property to sell, but Renee brought to the table many contacts and interested parties and that made a huge difference. She was always available and patient with our many questions during the process. I would definitely work with Renee in the future.

I had the privilege of working with Pat selling two of my properties in New Smyrna Beach. Not only was she able to get my full asking price each time, but both transactions were smooth and seamless. She is truly the best in the business!
