As soon as I talked to heather I knew I found the Realtor for us. She helped us find the perfect home. I can’t tell you how painless she made the whole thing. I told her I knew what I wanted and was ok with fixing a house up to my liking. I told her I wanted to see as many houses as I could. Then make my selection. We saw 25 house in one day. Heather answered all my questions. I honestly don’t think I could have done it without her. Thank you Heather.

Let me start by stating I'm an experienced client who has bought and sold homes in NYC, Seattle, San Francisco, and Boise Idaho before moving to JAX. I know the difference between a quality realtor and a totally excellent one, and Heather Strazinsky is definitely the latter. She knows her market extremely well, is confident in what she can deliver and then outperforms expectations throughout the entire process. She's quick, thorough, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Her results speak for themselves. We interviewed her on a Tuesday after interviewing 4 other realtors. We had our first open 5 days later, and our home sold 4 days after the open house at a premium price to the recently sold comps right in our little neighborhood. Her presentation and negotiation skills are superb, and the materials, photos, video, and drone video she had produced are high quality. You will be making an exceptional decision by choosing Heather to represent you.

I have bought a dozen homes over my lifetime, and no realtor works harder than Heather. She is with you every step of the way, and provides honest feedback based on market trends and her experiences with the local market/economy. The countless hours she spent working with us with our new construction home, from the initial tour of model homes, contract signing, design center appointment, pre-drywall inspection, to final walk-through and closing, Heather makes sure that no detail is missed. She is THE best realtor I have ever worked with.
