Lori provided a service above and beyond expectation in the purchase of our new home. Living abroad this was not the normal straight forward process, and with the time difference, limitations to view properties by video, and a short timeline to find the perfect property, we really did ask a lot of Lori. But this was absolutely no trouble for her, and we really appreciate all she did for us, and in the end we purchased our dream home. We would highly recommend Lori as an agent and thank her for making the process as stress free and smooth as possible.

We were so pleased with our agent, her work ethic, bright personality and knowledge of the real estate market in Jacksonville are unsurpassed. Amber bent over backwards and forwards to get us in a home we love. She kept us up-to-date during the whole process. We changed our minds 2 or 3 times after inspections, but that didn't slow her down. We were still in NC waiting for our home to sell, which meant that much (all?) of the leg work was done by her with us in a different state. Like anyone, we had several things we were hoping to have, such as covered back patio, two-car garage, separate building with plenty of room for tools and storage, durable flooring with no carpet, roomy living area, and a fireplace to boot. We thought we would need to downsize our lot but got a nice 1/4 acre. She worked smoothly with our lender and closer, and really made the whole process a delight. From the begining to the end, Tami makes this process so smooth! As a first time home buyer I didn’t know left from right but Tami was there to answer any of my question I had (I had a lot) and to guide me in the right direction.
