We recently purchased a newly built spec home from Aldana Realty in Dunnellon, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Since the home was already made, we were able to walk through and immediately see the solid, quality construction for ourselves. The pricing was very fair and straightforward for such a well-built home. Even though it was already completed, Aldana was highly proactive; they made sure to touch up every single item on our walkthrough list right before closing, and we haven't had a single issue since we moved in. What stood out just as much as the house was their professionalism. They were incredibly welcoming and receptive to us bringing in our own financing company, as well as our own realtor, Cindy Burkhardt. Cindy and the Aldana team collaborated seamlessly to ensure a smooth, stress-free, and on-time closing. If you are looking for a beautiful, reliable, move-in ready home, I highly recommend them!

Jessica found exactly what I asked for in a new home - it actually exceeded my expectations. As a first time home buyer, her knowledge, experience and professionalism made it a pleasant process. She kept me updated on all of the steps involved from making an offer to closing the deal. I will definitely highly recommend her to family and friends who are in the market for a new home.

He was responsive and kept us informed. We sold the home in one day.
