Working with Christie and John Di Lemme was an incredible experience from start to finish. Before meeting them, my home in Port St. Lucie was sitting on the market, and I was frustrated. I did not feel like things were moving in the right direction. Then I met John and Christie, and decided to move forward with them, and everything changed. Christie came in with a clear plan, staged and designed the home, and completely transformed the way it looked. I honestly never imagined my house could look like that! The staging made a huge difference — and most importantly, it worked. My home went from Stagnant to SOLD! After that, Christie and John helped me with the next step: finding my new home in Fort Lauderdale. That was not an easy search. I was driving from Port St. Lucie to Fort Lauderdale every day, so finding the right home closer to where I needed to be was very important. We looked at A LOT of houses! Christie and John stayed patient and focused throughout the entire process. I had specific needs. I wanted space, privacy, a big yard for my dog Nova, no HOA, and the right community. In Fort Lauderdale, that is not always easy to find. Then Christie found my home. Although, I didn’t think so at first. At first, I was still thinking about a house with a pool, but she encouraged me to at least come take a look. Once I saw the yard, the lot size, the newer updates, the canal, and the potential to make it my own, I knew it was the right fit. Today, I am standing in my new Fort Lauderdale home, and it still feels surreal. Christie and John successfully sold one home and found me my next one! They guided me through both sides of the process, stayed committed, and made it happen. Nova loves the huge yard, and I am excited for this next chapter. LouAnn’s communication was excellent, clear and concise. Her negotiation skillset is on the mark. She helped us with our offers to the seller and was the key part for our landing the home we purchased. She always, always was looking out for our best interest. She is very fun to work with and is extremely friendly and very professional when the need arises. She navigated any issues with the sellers requests always looking out for our best interest, with professionalism and knowledge. LouAnn has wisdom of the real estate market and knows how to shown the strengths and weaknesses of properties to fit the buyers needs. She takes the time to listen to the buyers wishes, ideas, and needs and always works to meet them. She is not afraid to take positions during the negotiations, but always works with her clients. LouAnn goal is just not to sell property, but rather to make sure that everyone comes out of a real estate deal feeling that they achieved what they wanted. We can’t recommend her enough, she is a wonderful person and agent. She takes her responsibilities seriously, communicates fully, and is just a really experienced professional.

I did nothing in this deal. Tina did all the work and didn’t overload me with communications talk about hands-free. Tina did everything. She actually got more money than I thought she could get definitely will use her again in the future.
